Post-Publication Discussion

The Journal of Intan Nursing welcomes constructive scholarly discussion regarding articles published in the journal. Readers and researchers may submit evidence-based comments, questions, or concerns—about the methodology, interpretation, or conclusions of a published article—via the journal’s official editorial contact channels.

Submissions must be relevant to the article in question, supported by sufficient evidence (where applicable), presented in a respectful tone, and aligned with publication ethics. Personal attacks, defamatory statements, and unsubstantiated allegations will not be accepted.

The editorial team will evaluate such submissions based on their relevance, scientific merit, and ethical considerations. If deemed necessary, the original authors of the article may be invited to respond. The editors will determine whether the discussion and any subsequent response are suitable for publication, subject to the journal’s editorial review process and established policies.

Accepted post-publication discussions will be linked to the relevant article, provided it is technically feasible to do so. Concerns that may affect the reliability or integrity of a publication will be addressed in accordance with the journal’s policies regarding corrections, retractions, and research misconduct.

All discussions must uphold academic integrity, fairness, and mutual respect within the context of scholarly debate.
