Pendahuluan: Merokok pada remaja merupakan perilaku berisiko yang terus meningkat dan berdampak pada kesehatan jangka panjang, sehingga diperlukan upaya pencegahan sejak dini melalui pendekatan yang tepat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Life Skill Education (LSE) terhadap attitude, self-efficacy, dan intention berperilaku menolak merokok pada remaja. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain preeksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest pada 30 siswa sekolah dasar kelas 4–6. Intervensi berupa pendidikan keterampilan hidup diberikan satu kali melalui metode ceramah dan media video. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner adaptasi Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yang mengukur attitude, self-efficacy, dan intention berperilaku menolak merokok menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada attitude dari 17,88 menjadi 18,97, self-efficacy dari 18,37 menjadi 19,17, dan intention dari 18,27 menjadi 19,33 setelah intervensi. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada seluruh variabel dengan p-value attitude (0,014), self-efficacy (0,011), dan intention (0,009). Kesimpulan: Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa LSE efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap, keyakinan diri, dan niat remaja untuk menolak perilaku merokok.
